RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@tresjewelry.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to. Customers are responsible for return labels, but we will be happy to assist you in purchasing one upon request.
NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact us immediately at support@tresjewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right for you.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN ITEMS
Custom items, gift-cards and final sale items CANNOT be returned.
EXCHANGES
For any exchanges contact us at support@tresjewelry.com. We’ll let you know how to follow up with your exchange.
Custom products and final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
REFUNDS
Please note shipping charge is non-fundable.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. You will receive an email with all of the information once the refund has been processed.
